When you are inspecting an area type you can mark an item deficient. Any deficient items will be reflected in the QSP score

Instructions To Mark An Item Deficient

Step 1: Tap The Red "0"

• Tap the red "0" next to the deficient item. This will bring you to a page where you can select a deficiency

Step 2: Select A Deficiency

• Tap the red "+" next to the appropriate deficiency. Once you see a number in the red box, you have successfully marked the item deficient

(Optional Step 3): Additional Steps

• After marking the item deficient, two or three icons will appear. These icons allow you to capture a ticket, note, or image. Tap one of the icons to perform that action

Step 4: Tap "Done"

• When you are finished marking the deficiency, tap "Done" in the upper right-hand corner of the device. Then you will be brought back to the area type you were inspecting so you can continue your audit
