There are 2 ways to create a Smart ticket.
- One option is to mark a deficiency. Once you select the deficient attribute you will see 3 icons appear in that row. One will look like a ticket. You will select that icon and insert the information needed. This also allows you to take up to 5 photos to show the maintenance issue(s). This will directly tie to the deficient attribute.
- The second way to create a ticket can be done at any time through out the inspection process. During your inspection, there will be a panel located at the bottom of your screen. Select “Tickets”. Then you will click “New Smart Ticket” in the middle of the screen. Then you will be prompted to insert the information needed. This also allows you to take up to 5 photos to show the maintenance issue(s).
