All new users are required to create a password to set-up their account and get access to both the Smart Inspect app and the reporting website. Follow the steps below to create a new password and get started with Smart Inspect.
Step 1: Check Your Email Inbox
- Your inbox will contain a new message from "no-reply@mysmartinspect.com" with the subject line, "Welcome to Smart Inspect"
If you cannot locate the email, check your junk folder
Step 2: Tap "Finish Account Setup"
- Open the welcome email and click the link that reads "Finish Account Setup". You will be redirected to a form where you can create a new password.
Step 3: Create A New Password
- Enter your new password in both fields and then click "Reset Password."
Make sure you enter the exact same password in both fields
