You need a password to login into the Smart Inspect system. This password is unique to you and can be updated at any time
Instructions To Change Your Password
Step 1: Navigate To The Smart Inspect Reporting Website
- In your browser, type app.mysmartinspect.com into your search bar and hit enter. You will be brought to the reporting website login page. You can also get to the reporting website by typing in www.mysmartinspect.com in your search bar and then tapping "Login" at the top right of the screen
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address And Password
- Enter your current login credentials (email and password) and then tap "Login"
Step 3: Tap "My Account"
- Tap "My Account" to view you account settings
Step 4: Tap "Change Password"
- On the righthand site, tap "Change Password"
Step 5: Check Your Email
- Your Inbox will contain a new message from "Smart Inspect" and the subject line will read, "Password Reset".
Step 6: Click The Link In Your Email
- Click "Reset Password" to open a form where you can create new credentials
Step 7: Create A New Password
- Enter your new password in both fields and then click "Reset Password."
Make sure you enter the exact same password in both fields
Step 8: Login to Smart Inspect
- You should now be able to login to the reporting website and/or the mobile app
