For security purposes, your Smart Inspect password will expire after three months without any account activity in the app or on the reporting website. Reset your password to get logged back in.
Error Message: "Password Has Expired"
Step 1: Tap "Forgot Password"
- Tap "Forgot Password" and then enter an email address to generate a password reset email
Step 2: Check Your Email
- Check your inbox for an email labeled "Password Reset". Click "Reset Password" to open a form where you can create a new password
Check your spam folder if you can't locate the email
Step 3: Create A New Password
- Enter a new password in both fields and then tap "Reset Password"
Step 4: Login To Smart Inspect
- Head back to the Smart Inspect login page and enter your email address and newly created password. Then tap "Login"
